What are the benefits of subscribing & membership?
Aside from automatically saving money by subscribing, you will have ongoing access to Travelista Box, as well as any exclusive access/events, and/or promotions first. Any single items we sell at retail value on our store, you will get them at a discount if/when you want to include them in your box. You will also have access/be a member of like-minded members such as yourself who love travel in the ''Travelista VIP Lounge''. We will also have industry experts in the group to assist with any travel related questions you have.
Travelista Box is a company of Destinations Travel Agency. You will also get exclusive discounts to their services and to work with them for your Travel Plans/Vacations at a professional level by being a Travelista Box member.

How does Travelista Box work?
You subscribe, choose your sizes and preferences for your boxes, and receive them seasonally. This is a seasonal subscription box sent 4 times per year. Every March, June, September and December you will receive your box between the 5th-15th of those months. We ship boxes between the 1st and the 5th of those months from Ontario, Canada.
When you sign up, you can choose the seasonal option, which entails paying once every 3 months, and you receive the box automatically on a renewal basis. You can also sign up for an annual plan, where you will pay once when subscribing, and receive 4 boxes. This plan auto-renews annually from the date of sign-up.

What currency is the Travelista Box site in?
Canadian Dollars. If purchasing with a foreign credit card, your credit card company will automatically do the exchange rate for you of the day.

Can I send the Travelista Box as a gift?
Yes, currently you can send the Travelista Box as a gift on sign up page, we have a one-time/gift box option.Just simply hit “give as gift” toggle on the check out, and please ensure all information for the giftee is correct.
This is a one-time purchase, and will not auto-renew. Should the giftee wish to take advantage of the savings and benefits from subscribing, they can join on our site here.
*Please note gift and one-time boxes do not have a free promotional gift with the box. This is a subscription benefit.

When will I be billed and when will I receive my Travelista Box?
Travelista Box is a seasonal subscription that ships 4 times per year. March, June, September, and December. Shipments go out altogether between the 1st-5th of those months. The billing cycle for seasonal pay options is every 3 months. Your first payment will be charged on sign-up. The following payment will sync up with the billing cycle of all members on the 5th. Billing dates are as follows:
February 5th
May 5th
August 5th
November 5th
If you subscribed to the annual pre-pay, you are paying for 4 boxes in advance, saving $25, and it will auto-renew annually from the date you signed up.Please note: If you are signing up in the current season, you will be billed, your first box is shipped immediately, and then synced with the billing cycle (for seasonal members).
If you are signing up when the current season is ending, you will be signing up for the next season, and it will be shipped on the dates listed above. We always show the current box you are signing up for on our home page under "Our current/next destination".

Will I know exactly what goes in the box?
There are 3-4 spoiler items/box & the rest will remain a surprise for when you get the box to your doorstep. We are big on experience, and a part of the experience of our boxes is having a nice surprise to look forward to.

Can I buy a past box?
If available, yes. When you subscribe, we will be giving the option to purchase the previous box, as an add-on to your cart (unless sold out). This means that we acknowledge your subscription going forward, and you will also be charged the one-time amount for the past box upon checkout.

What's in the box?
The box will have 5-8 full sized lifestyle items that are travel themed. Ranging in home décor, clothing & accessories, jewellery, food/beverage, drinkware, and stationery/books. Each Box will have a destination or travel theme, and all contents will relate to that theme , or be a general travel item. Our box is an experience, and so you should feel that when from the time you open up its contents. Boxes also have a professionally curated travel tips & destination guide with all information on that destination and/or travel style theme.

How much is shipping & where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the continental U.S.
Both countries have flat rate shipping.
Canada is $10
U.S is $15*P.O. boxes will have a $5/box extra charge. We suggest not including it if not necessary

Can I try just one box?
Yes, we now offer one-time and gift box purchases. When purchasing the one-time box, you will receive the box in season. To know which box is in season, simply go to our home page and see the section"Our current/next destination". We always indicate there which box you are signing up for to purchase.
If you are looking for a past box, if we still have quantities available, you can add the box to your subscription at check out.

Is there a loyalty program?
Our current loyalty incentive program includes our "Collectible Postcards" program. In each box we put a different destination postcard (this is not the product or welcome postcard) in which are collectible.

How does the referral program work?
Looking to help pay for your boxes? This is the perfect program for you! This program is designed to give your friends and family a discount, and in return you receive $10 towards your subscription/next box. This is $10 earned for each person referred! To get your referral code set up, please email info@travelistabox.com to start earning!
* please note: your code is not combinable with any current promotion or other coupons. Anyone you refer can take advantage of either the $10 you provide OR the current promotion. If they decide to use your code, we will automatically track this for you. Should they decide to take advantage of a current promotion either the member, or referrer can email us at info@travelistabox.com with the members name and email, and we will still honour the referral. This is a one-time $10 per successful referral, not per box purchase.

How can I cancel or pause my Travelista Box subscription?
Please log into your account with us. You will see the option to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Should you not be able to find it, please email info@travelistabox.com and we can assist you. You can also pause any time if you wish to stop 1 or 2 boxes from coming, but not cancel completely.
For annual prepay members, if you cancel in the middle of your subscription term, you will still receive all 4 boxes, however, your subscription will not auto-renew again. Should you wish to not sign up for another year, please cancel or change your membership before your next billing (one year anniversary of the sign-up date).

When can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. PLEASE NOTE: if cancelling or pausing after the deadline for the current box, you will still receive this box, and the subscription will stop at the following box. The deadline is before your next billing cycle. Shipments start on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st for each box.
For annual prepay members, if you cancel in the middle of your subscription term, you will still receive all 4 boxes, however, your subscription will not auto-renew again. Should you wish to not sign up for another year, please cancel or change your membership before your next billing (one year anniversary of the sign-up date).

What should I do if something in by box is broken?
Please email info@travelistabox.com as soon as you receive the item(s). We will email you instructions on what to do within 7 days after you receive the box. If contacted within this time frame we will be happy to send you a new item of the one broken.
