Renewal/Refund trouble

I really loved the 3 travelista boxes that I received this year, but I have been disappointed in the customer service in recent weeks. It started when I was charged for an annual subscription months before I was expecting it (I initially subscribed at the end of January and received the March, June and September boxes - 3 of the 4 boxes I paid for). I immediately emailed to see about a refund as I was leaving for a trip that day and needed the money. I didn’t hear back until I sent a second email that stated if I didn’t hear from them I’d be disputing the charge with my bank. The response I received was very apologetic and helpful and stated that my email was being forwarded to an account manager to assist. I never heard from this account manager, but a couple of days later (5 business days from my original email seeking assistance) I received a refund notification for the full amount charged. That was 2 weeks ago (10 business days) and I still have not received the refund. I reached out 5 days ago (5 business days after the refund processing email was received) just to confirm how long the refund could take and was told to wait 3-5 business days as it was processed on their end. Today was 5 business days after that (10 business days total from refund date) and I still haven’t received the refund so I emailed again. I was told once again that my inquiry was being sent to an account manager. I really loved my boxes and was planning on renewing my annual subscription at the time I was expecting it to renew but now I’m finding myself disappointed and frustrated and questioning if I want to renew.
